By using this website and placing orders, you confirm that:

3. Products and Pricing

  • Product: We sell Achaari Murg (Boneless Chicken Pickle) in two variants: 300g (&rupee;600) and 500g (&rupee;1,100).
  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST) and shipping charges.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.
  • Accuracy: We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our product.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are placed through our website and processed via Razorpay, our secure payment gateway.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets as available through Razorpay.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Coverage: We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.
  • Delivery timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and logistic conditions.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7. Product Usage and Storage

Achaari Murg (Boneless Chicken Pickle) is a perishable food item. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to follow the storage and usage instructions provided on the product label:

  • Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep the jar closed after use.
  • Do not use a wet spoon.
  • Best consumed within 6 months from the date of packaging.

We are not liable for any product deterioration, spoilage, or health issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

8. Allergen Disclaimer

Achaari Murg (Boneless Chicken Pickle) contains mustard. It is manufactured in a facility that may process other allergens. If you have food allergies, please review the full ingredient list on the product label before consumption. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our product.
